Construction Manager

Our client, a leading Mechanical Engineering concern in Bellville, the Western Cape is looking to appoint a Construction Manager on an 8-month fixed-term contract at a Refinery in the Cape Town area. The person will be responsible for all site fabrication and construction on a NEC 3 (or equivalent) piping and mechanical project and/or other contracts awarded/deployment operations/offshore installations as per project and client requirements. Registration at the SACPCMP is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage fabrication and construction tasks to ensure the successful execution of the site project.
• Control project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
