Sr. Construction Inspector
Overview
The Sr. Construction Inspector leads field inspection and construction oversight for civil infrastructure projects across Southeast Michigan. This role ensures projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while serving as a key liaison between field teams, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee construction inspection, contract administration, and quality control

+ Ensure work meets plans, specs, budgets, and schedules

+ Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

+ Lead and mentor inspection staff

+ Review drawings, track progress, and manage documentation/reporting

+ Support estimating, bid documents, and cost tracking

+ Identify risks, resolve field issues, and maintain project compliance
