Job Description This is an entry/apprentice level position to perform quality control of VDOT Roadway and Bridges construction for field soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing of contractors work to ensure contract compliance for routine activities of non-complexity, under the direction of a Construction Quality Control Inspector or Manager. Performs materials testing such as nuclear gauge soil and aggregate density Reviews placement of and performs materials tests on concrete deliveries in accordance VDOT and ACI standards.
