The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Federal Construction Estimator you will produce cost estimates from RFP's, IFB's, RFQ's or Design Builds from the conceptual phase through the Project Closeout.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, Sub-Contractor's by Division, materials, and labor expenses.
• Attend Job Walks.
