Compensation and Benefits
BELFOR and BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG) offer competitive pay and a wide range of benefit options including, but not limited to, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, and paid time off. This position has a pay range of $65,000 to $100,000 annually with opportunities for commission and additional compensation.

Position Overview

The General Estimator position is the fourth level in our Estimating track. This position will be responsible for creating and managing estimates and job in the residential, commercial, and industrial lines of business.
