Construction Engineer
Overview
Start with approximately 2 years in construction quality assurance and environmental field work (regional travel), then transition into a Construction Project Manager role with reduced travel. Gain hands-on experience across landfill, groundwater, and spill response projects while building toward managing complex construction and remediation efforts.
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform CQA observations and document compliance with plans/specs

+ Conduct groundwater, landfill gas, and vapor monitoring

+ Support landfill liner/cap construction and drilling oversight

+ Collect environmental samples (soil, water, air, gas) and maintain field documentation

+ Assist with technical reporting and data management

+ Support spill response and site inspections

+ Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and field teams
