**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks in a shop and yard environment, supporting trailer refurbishments and service operations. You will work independently in a fast-paced setting, prioritize safety at all times, and use hand and power tools to complete repairs, cleaning, and basic inspections. The position involves both interior and exterior work, including shop upkeep, trailer cleaning, and assisting with minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks as needed. **_Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, and there is flexibility for an earlier schedule such as 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m_**
