Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course
  • Preferably with experience in construction, electrical, or engineering industry
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willing to work in both office and project site environments
  • Able to learn and work with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to project engineers, supervisors, and management
  • Handle document control including permits, contracts, reports, and project files
  • Assist in coordinating requirements between site teams, suppliers, Sales, and Accounting
  • Support procurement activities such as Material Requests (MRF), Purchase Requests (PR), and supplier coordination
