Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support project teams through all phases of construction. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient coordination across contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and compliance records

+ Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

+ Track project progress, budgets, and invoices; assist with reporting and reconciliation

+ Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all project-related materials

+ Support scheduling, meetings, and communication across teams to keep projects on track


Requirements
Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field
