Job Scope
-Attend to residents’ enquiries and requests at the counter
-Assist the team with data entry and maintenance of records using Microsoft Excel
-Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as and when required.
Requirements
-Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage residents from diverse backgrounds.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Team player
-Prior working experience in a Community Club or similar community setting is preferred, though not mandatory.

Monday to Sunday
9am to 6pm, 5 day week
