Global Communities is seeking a Consortium Manager to join the Healthy Start Enhanced team in San Bernardino County, California. The Healthy Start Enhanced program aims to eliminate disparities in birth outcomes in San Bernadino County, CA through the provision of direct support to families during pregnancy and postpartum and engaging partners in the broad mission of achieving birth equity with a special focus on Black communities and the social determinants of health.
