About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement to lead complex, high-value procurement activities across the Organization, with a strong focus on public procurement, competitive sourcing, compliance, and contract documentation. The Manager will lead large, complex RFPs, draft solicitation documents, manage open competitive bidding processes, and support the negotiation and drafting of contracts, including MSAs and SOWs.
