The AXIS Conduct Risk team are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to support the Head of Conduct Risk and the Insurance business in driving forward a strong conduct culture to deliver good outcomes for customers/policyholders and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining effective relationships with the underwriting teams to provide guidance and support and ensure ongoing engagement.
What will you do in this role?
Support the operation of the firm’s Conduct Risk and Product Governance Framework by maintaining, developing, and enhancing procedures related to conduct risk management.
Undertake conduct risk assessments on individual underwriting arrangements, providing constructive feedback to the business on necessary changes, and ensuring all actions from the assessments are completed promptly and thoroughly.
