**Job Description**

This role focuses on finishing freshly poured concrete to create smooth, level, and durable surfaces for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the Denver Metro area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Spread and level freshly poured concrete using screeds, straight edges, and related tools to achieve accurate grades and profiles.
+ Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools such as trowels and floats to meet project specifications and quality standards.
+ Cut joints and edges in concrete to control cracking and maintain clean, defined borders.
+ Apply various finishes, including broom, stamped, or polished surfaces, based on project requirements and design plans.
+ Monitor the concrete curing process to ensure proper strength development and overall surface quality.
