  • Respond to resident requests and concerns via company phone in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Assist residents with deliveries, including transporting packages directly to their door when needed
  • Build positive relationships with residents, including frequent interaction with residents
  • Monitor property activity and report any unusual or suspicious behavior
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members
  • Maintain detailed activity and incident reports for each shift
  • Perform wellness checks when requested for residents (as appropriate)
  • Assist with coordinating guest/vendor access and ensuring proper authorization
