The CNA Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for short-term patients transferring from the hospital to our nursing home. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing patient satisfaction, and acting as a point of contact for patient concerns and questions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and demonstrate compassion and professionalism in all interactions.
