The Role:The Concessions Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager. They will oversee and support the operational pre-event set-up at all concessions locations, as well as the post event clean-up. They will oversee the execution of all aspects of Legends’ food and beverage program, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to Legends Hospitality standards.Responsibilities:
+ Closely follows and fully completes opening and closing checklists provided by Management.
+ Possesses extensive knowledge of Legends’ food and beverage program.
+ Assists in the training and management of event day staff to assure compliance with company service and sanitation standards.
