            Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions 
Cut, shape, and lay up composite materials such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, and resins 
Perform hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and infusion processes 
Prepare molds and apply release agents before fabrication 
Mix and apply resins, adhesives, and other bonding materials 
Trim, sand, and finish composite parts to required specifications 
Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and compliance with standards
