We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to manage customer disputes, handle sensitive cases, and support risk and compliance operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth dispute resolution, minimizing operational risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and dispute cases, including escalated and sensitive issues
- Liaise with merchants, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in legal-related matters such as police cases and frozen bank account cases
- Collect, organize, and review transaction records and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with operations team to conduct investigations
- Track and follow up on ongoing cases until closure
- Prepare case reports and incident summaries
- Identify root causes and propose improvements to reduce disputes and risks
