Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements e g MOHAP DHA where applicable
• Develop review and update compliance policies
• Prepare SOP for marketing and promotional activities
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees
• Ensure adherence to anti-bribery ethics and corporate governance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and GDP requirements
• Certification in Compliance
• UAE experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies
