Ensure compliance with all applicable property, building, safety, and regulatory requirements, including the Building Code of Australia (BCA), state legislation, and local council regulations.
Coordinate and conduct routine property inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments, identifying and resolving non-compliance issues in a timely manner.
Manage essential services and maintenance compliance programs, including fire safety certifications, electrical compliance, and WHS/OHS obligations.
Oversee the procurement, scheduling, performance, and compliance of external contractors and service providers.
Maintain accurate compliance records, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to minimize operational and regulatory risk across the property portfolio
