We are looking for Compliance Expert (SOx SME) for our client located in BGC. Salary: Up to 162K. Schedule: Midshift. Set-up: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for supporting delivery of Technology scope SOx controls and audit.
• Support key SOx impacting projects to ensure change to controls is designed and operated effectively during and post project implementation.
• Attend and contribute to key governance forums.
• Produce timely metrics to support governance reporting requirements.
• Engagement with Auditors for the purpose of planning and coordination of audits including evidence requests and walkthroughs.
• Engagement with third party vendors who operate controls within the environment leveraged for SOx.
