Safekeeping of all original copies of government documents 
Ensure that all government documents are updated 
Ensure that BIR payment is updated 
Acts as Plant Pollution Control Officer (PCO) 
Ensures that all expenses and purchases of the refilling plant assigned is properly recorded and encoded 
Ensures that based from the expenses and procurement made, a summary of this report should be made. 
Ensures proper encoding of Monthly Alpha List Data Entry (SWAT) and filing to the concerned agency. 
Ensure that a copy of 2307 is attached to the summary list of purchases 
Prepares monthly withholding taxes-compensation 1601C and files the same to the agency. 
Prepares monthly withholding taxes-expanded 1601E and files the same to the agency. 
Ensures that Quarterly Relief Data Entries are encoded and filed.
