As the Compliance Analyst you will lead the evaluation of insurer and Delegated Authority agreements while championing meticulous management of the TOBA Register. Your expertise will enhance the drive for regulatory compliance and streamline operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the review and secure sign-offs for insurer agreements
  • Oversee and maintain the TOBA register, conducting periodic checks
  • Monitor and review Delegated Authority Agreements, ensuring adherence to stipulated terms
  • Stay updated with regulatory shifts, adjusting client TOBAs and agreements accordingly
  • Undertake due diligence on potential producing brokers, establishing and monitoring agreements
