The Role:
The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of
charge. To manage, regulate the life cycle of charge issued under the Law.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer appeals.
- Respond to internal and external emails within SLA.
- Assist on request with the uploading whitelists to the system prior to reviewing contraventions.
- When required liaise with key suppliers.
- The role will become an expert in the full charging process and will be able and comfortable to professionally handle enquiries at any point.
- Escalation of issues or problems identified in any of the systems via the correct means.
- Provide relevant data and information to internal clients and suppliers as reasonably requested.
