Complex Claims Specialist — Zurich Canada

Zurich Canada is looking for a Complex Claims Specialist to handle single and multi‑party claims of high exposure and complexity within specific authority limits, ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and effectively while delivering a customer‑centric service.

This role reports to the AVP Complex Claims and requires leadership in investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex claims, providing technical guidance to internal and external colleagues, and contributing to process improvements. The position also involves acting as a subject‑matter expert and mentoring other claims professionals.

Hybrid Work Model: This position requires three days per week of in‑person presence in the office or market‑facing engagements.
