We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her home environment following a hypoxic brain injury. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life while promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing, working closely with her family and multi-disciplinary team
She requires 2:1 support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, and accessing the community. You will also support her with therapy programs and activities such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, while building a positive and engaging relationship
