Complex Care Assistant – Shoeburyness

We are now recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support an adult client living at home with her husband in Shoeburyness. Following an operation during which her spinal cord was accidentally clipped, she is now living with paralysis and requires compassionate, skilled support to maintain her quality of life at home.

This is a 2:1 care package , with both day and night shifts available.

About the Role

As part of the client’s dedicated care team, you will provide high‑quality, one‑to‑one clinical and personal support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracheostomy care
• Cough assist
• Deep oral suctioning
• Nebuliser therapy
• Invasive ventilation
