About the Role

Routes Healthcare is hiring Complex Care Assistants to provide 1-to-1 specialist care in clients’ own homes.

This specific care package is supporting children with complex health needs, so experience working with or caring for children is highly beneficial.

You’ll deliver dedicated, clinical support while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and family-focused approach to care.
