Job Description: Job Objectives This role will support the Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager with the compensation and benefits related topics in Singapore, the headquarters of the region. The scope also comprises of project management on various topics, eg. HRMS (Payroll), large scale job evaluation projects, etc.
Job Responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Operations Supports the review and implementation of Reward policies (e.g. insurance, compensation & benefits campaigns, job evaluation, etc) across all Airbus entities. Have a continuous mindset for progression, simplification and harmonization on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) topics. Kept abreast and is knowledgeable to apply such updates of relevant government bodies and legislations such as Central Provision Fund (CPF), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) etc. to the Company.
