PURPOSE

Responsible in leading the planning, development, and implementation of our compensation and benefits programs. He/she ensures that our reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits strategy, and compliance, with a proactive and data-driven approach to total rewards.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, including employee incentive and retention programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive plan payouts.
