Role Overview

As Compensation Manager, you’ll lead compensation structuring, payroll validation, performance management cycles, and policy governance. You’ll also drive automation, analytics, and compliance across HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/Master’s in HR, Finance, or related field
  • 5–8 years in compensation operations, payroll advisory, or HR shared services
  • Strong grasp of labour laws, CTC structuring, HRIS systems
  • High proficiency in Excel

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation structuring, validation, and performance management cycles
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance for budgeting and approvals
  • Drive automation of workflows and dashboards
  • Deliver insights through compensation analytics
