We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Associate – Compensation & Benefits to support the day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on payroll processing, government benefits administration, and HR documentation. The role will also assist in key HR functions including employee records management, timekeeping validation, and other general HR support duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Prepare and process payroll data accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and attendance.
- Monitor and validate timekeeping reports and coordinate with relevant departments on discrepancies.
- Facilitate employee government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and loan applications or inquiries.
