Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support compensation policies and programs in Europe & LAC Region
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyze external salary survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay positioning
• Review salary survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data
• Support job evaluation and grading activities using established frameworks
• Prepare internal pay analyses, modeling, and scenario simulations to support compensation decisions
• Conduct internal equity analysis and make recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practices
• Support annual compensation processes – Year End review, Primo Investment budgeting process
• Audit compensation and benefits data in Workday on a regular basis
