Conduct market benchmarking and analyze external salary survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay positioning
Review salary survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data
Support job evaluation and grading activities using established frameworks
Prepare internal pay analyses, modeling, and scenario simulations to support compensation decisions
Conduct internal equity analysis and make recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practices
