This position requires candidates to be on-site 4-days a week (Monday - Thursday) at our Rosemont, IL Headquarters.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking for new and existing roles using compensation surveys and market data
+ Support job evaluations and maintain job descriptions, job architecture, salary grades, and pay ranges
+ Analyze internal pay data to assess market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with compensation philosophy
+ Participate in compensation surveys by gathering, validating, and submitting organizational data
+ Help monitor compliance with pay transparency, wage and hour, and other compensation-related laws and guidelines
+ Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary structure updates
