Job Description

• Keep HR updated on health-related news.
• Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs.
• Conduct health checks and ongoing wellness programs for employees.
• Work with the Safety Officer to enforce health and safety protocols.
• Provide first aid treatment for workplace emergencies.
• Assess employee symptoms and recommend actions (hospital, clinic, or home).
• Screen employees daily (blood pressure, temperature, illness reports).
• Conduct blood pressure checks three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri).
• Scan temperatures daily in the afternoon.
• Monitor COVID-19 symptoms based on health declaration forms.
• Issue clearances for employees returning to work after illness.
• Check health of remote employees based on leave reports.
