HR Function Responsibilities
Responsible in timely processing of attendance and timekeeping for all employees using the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and manual (if needed)
Process Timekeeping Adjustments of late DTRs and other special cases (system error, etc.)
Summarize employees without biologs in the HCMS and coordinate with Department heads for reference and checking.
