Commercial Solicitor

Location: Henley-on-Thames
Working Pattern: Hybrid – typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Salary: From £50,000 for around 3 years’ PQE, with flexibility upwards for the right individual


About the Firm

Our client is a boutique law firm focused on supporting businesses with corporate, commercial, litigation and dispute resolution matters. The firm’s approach is honest, pragmatic and commercially astute, with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and understanding each client’s wider business objectives.

We are now looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to support the continued growth of the practice.

This will suit a solicitor who is confident handling a broad mix of commercial contracts and corporate transactions, particularly the buying and selling of businesses, and who is comfortable running matters with a good level of autonomy...
