About the Role:

Brimbank - We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker, to deliver a high quality of to our clients both elderly people on homecare packages and disabled people of all ages, living in their own private homes in the city of Brimbank council. 

Role responsibilities: 

• High care needs client requiring assistance in personal care, hoist, manual handling competent, domestic assistance, varied shifts - weekdays daytime and potential weekends. 

• Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings. 

• Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
