Community Relations, Bilateral Engagement, & Linguist Coordinator

The Opportunity:
Serves as a linguist, subject-matter expert, and primary liaison for community relations and bilateral engagement initiatives supporting senior leadership. Plans, manages, and executes meetings and engagements with local officials, mayors, prefectural leaders, community organizations, defense associations, and civic leaders. Leads community outreach efforts by identifying and analyzing community concerns and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Provides high-level interpretation and translation support and prepares comprehensive bilingual briefing materials, talking points, and engagement read-ahead packages.
