Community Physiotherapist – Permanent part‑time up to 0.6 FTE (48 hours per fortnight). Bring your strong clinical skills to a friendly and supportive multi‑disciplinary team in the Nelson / Tasman community.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and plan individualized treatment programmes.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions in a patient‑focused environment.
• Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality of care.
