What the role is: What you will be working on
- Assist the AD/Head to engage CDCs and community partners to identify and troubleshoot issues related to the scheme.
- Work closely with CDCs and organise check‑ins to gather feedback and share best practices.
- Assist in planning and charting out the merchant and residents journey and handle referrals or queries from stakeholders as well as assist in data collation and data analysis.
- Co‑ordinate meetings with merchants and community partners (e.g. grassroots and merchants’/hawkers’ associations) and follow up on technical or operational issues with stakeholders.
- Handle other initiatives under the CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches.
