An opportunity has arisen for a part‑time Community Staff Nurse to join the Stowmarket Integrated Community Team. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

The team is integrated, motivated and forward thinking consisting of Therapists, Social Workers, Nurses and Support Staff.

Our primary function is to provide health and social care to patients in their home environment, promoting independence and avoiding hospital admission. We also run clinics at base such as Leg Ulcer, Falls, and Line Care.

The team works with three GP practices and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge within its members.

The role requires motivation and commitment to delivering high quality care.

It is expected that the successful applicant will use their own car for work.
