Bournemouth Assertive Outreach Team offers an opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner or newly qualified staff at Band 5. The role includes training, experience, and support over a set period, with the opportunity to move into a Band 6 post on successful completion.

We are looking for a Mental Health Nurse or suitably qualified allied health professional to join the Assertive Outreach Team East (AOT) based at Hahnemann House, Bournemouth. The successful candidate will work alongside a full multidisciplinary team consisting of Mental Health Nurses / Practitioners, Social Workers, Support Time Recovery Workers, an Occupational Therapist, Psychologists, and a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist.
