About the role
Totara House is a specialist Early Intervention in
Psychosis Service, which works with young adults aged 18-28, who have
experienced a first episode of psychosis. We are looking for a Community Mental
Health Nurse to join our cohesive, client focused, multi-disciplinary team on a
Permanent, 0.8FTE basis.
About You
As a Nurse Case Manager within our team, you will
work with individuals, groups and their families/whanau focusing on assessment
