Job Role:
Community Matron NurseWORKING HOURS: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing a caseload of service users with complex health and social care issues. Supporting the D/N team and therapies.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Managing complex patient. Ideally would need to be prescriber and has advance clinical skills.
