Community Manager Responsibilities:



  • (include, but are not limited to) The Community Manager manages core business processes, including but not limited to staffing, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, recruiting, training, and team development Monitor and manage the community rental rates to maximize income Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests appropriately Maintain the community’s appearance and ensure any necessary maintenance is reported and completed Implement creative self-created strategies as well as marketing initiatives as prescribed by the Marketing Department Partner with the Resident Services Team in processing applications, preparing and type leases and completing all necessary paperwork via Bluemoon Ensure that the apartment is ready for the resident to move in on the move-in date Welcome and orient new residents to the community Control expense...
