About The Role

• Support residents in our Community Home in Clouston Park, Upper Hutt to lead engaging and fulfilling lives
• Follow care plans that enable residents in their health and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with the Rehabilitation Team to support residents to achieve lifestyle goals and community connections
• Continue to achieve NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate levels with support of your manager and Workforce Development team

About You

• Caregiving experience (2+ years preferable)
• Existing Work Visa with 2 New Zealand work referees
• Current First Aid Qualification
• New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing at any level
• Experience supporting people living with conditions like Huntington's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neuron Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, and people living with brain injuries
