 Job Responsibilities   Community and Volunteer Involvement   Assess and meet the organisation’s needs through the recruitment, placement, training and retention of volunteers 
Collect and conduct data analysis of volunteer engagement targets and submit reports to key stakeholders and funding authorities 
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external community partners in fulfilling community engagement projects 
Develop and manage delivery of internal as well as external communication plans to support programme objectives 
Develop, execute and manage volunteer driven programmes 
Engage and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporations, health and educational institutions
