About the Role

Derbyshire County Council have an exciting opportunity for a caring and determined Community Care Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Service in the High Peak team. The position is within a busy social work team with an experienced and committed group of colleagues, supported by a highly competent Practice Supervisor and experienced Team Manager.

The role is based at The Hub, South Normanton and travel will be required across the High Peak area.
